Bringing your own groceries is one of the best ways to save while vacationing at the Disneyland Resort. For those traveling from long distances, here are a few options for your shopping needs:
-Did you know you can get groceries delivered right to your hotel? This is a great option for those out-of-towners who may not have a convenient way to get to the store and haul groceries back to their hotel. Vons is one grocery delivery service that I am familiar with in the Anaheim area. You can select the items you want to purchase online and choose a time frame during which they will be delivered. I contacted our hotel first to make sure they were okay with the delivery and they even offered to refrigerate some of my items if I hadn't checked in by the time the groceries arrived. Be sure to check with your hotel first to see if they'll be as accommodating! Vons also offers free delivery with your first order. Simply enter promo code EASY7 at checkout. Check out their website here:
-There is a SuperTarget located near the parks at 12100 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92840 (Number 1 on map). Depending on your hotel location the Target located at 101 S Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92802-1011 (Number 2 on map) may be closer. Target offers in-store pickup on several of their grocery items and shipping on select items as well.
-There are two Walmart Neighborhood Markets located a mile from Disneyland. One can be found at 10912 Katella Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92840 (Number 1 on map) and the other at 1120 S Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92805 (Number 2 on map). Both these stores should cover your basic grocery needs. If you are in need of items other than groceries and toiletries, there is a Walmart Supercenter located a couple miles from the park found at 440 N Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92801 (Number 3 on map). Similar to Target, Walmart offers shipping and pickup depending on the item.
