We took my second mini man to Disney a few months ago at just 3 months old. He's 6 months now and he still talks about it all the time. I mean his sounds are still a little hard to decipher at this point but I'm pretty sure his coos sounded a little bit like "yo ho, yo ho" the other day.
Newborns are the sweetest, trickiest little things. Their habits change on a daily basis and there are no two alike! That being said, let me tell you what I learned taking my newborn to Disneyland.
1. Babies gotta eat, man. We went to Disneyland for 4 days. I am certain that I nursed my son in every single land at both Disneyland Park and California Adventure. Every last one. In 75% of our pictures I am sporting my nursing cover. When thinking ahead to your trip be realistic and know that you'll probably spend a good portion of your time feeding your mini. Babies know when they want to eat...and sometimes it will be right when you're about to meet Darth Vader. True story, ask Darth.
4. Take advantage of Baby Care Centers. There is one located in each park. In Disneyland you can find one at the end of Main Street next to First Aid, and in DCA it is next to Ghiradelli Soda Fountain in Pacific Wharf. They have private, comfortable places for moms to nurse, changing tables, toddler sized potties, microwaves, movies to entertain older siblings, and a counter where you can buy any baby essentials you may have forgotten. Thank you, Walt. Bless you for this.

8. Make memories they won't remember! Sounds silly, but someday your little one will love seeing pictures of them as a baby meeting their favorite character for the first time, or sporting their first pair of Mickey ears, or wearing a "first visit" button.
See ya real soon!
